The seminar was hosted by the author of the white paper, AEGON Global Pensions’ marketing director Martijn Tans.

He explored the impact of the global economic crisis on multinational companies’ pension plans, warning that companies – often because of poor investment strategies or inadequate communication – face risks even with pension plans based on employee contributions.

Drawing on examples from around the world, he suggested practical solutions and useful guidelines for multinational companies looking to build robust and sustainable pension plans for the future.
